For around 5 years, we've been purchasing from LinITX. They are consistently very helpful and eager to assist. Their site is user-friendly, and having real-time stock updates is a huge plus when you're in a hurry to find what you need. They've always provided solid technical guidance when required and are happy to suggest products based on actual experiences from their network and other clients.

From the beginning, LinITX has supported Marykirk.com with solid advice, excellent product availability, and prompt shipping times—even all the way to Scotland.

The service is usually pretty solid when you place an order online, but if something goes awry, there's absolutely no empathy and even less assistance. I find myself spending way less with other suppliers who really go the extra mile and value my business. Sadly, these folks don’t support their decent product selection with quality service.

You know how Fridays can be, right? Nothing ever seems to go as planned, and I realized I needed an extra MikroTik router for our setup! Even though it was way past their 3pm cutoff for next-day deliveries, I called them last Friday. They mentioned that while the warehouse was busy, since it was just one router, if I acted fast, they could rush it through and my order might still make it to the couriers in about half an hour. I placed my order as quickly as I could, opted for Saturday delivery, and within 15 minutes, I was getting automated emails updating me on every step—from payment confirmation to packing, and then a final email with the courier tracking details. The next day, DPD showed up with my router. Huge thanks to the team! You guys are lifesavers! Truly excellent service! Oh, and one more thing... it even came with a genuine UK IEC mains lead in the box, not some 2-pin EU lead with a shaver adapter!

This is an untrustworthy business that shows no concern for its clientele. We used to buy from them regularly and provided enough support that they could handle a £10 loss on one of their products. The item was listed at £141, but later they claimed the price was incorrect and that the real cost is £153, ultimately canceling the order. AVOID buying from them.

As someone who often buys Ubiquiti gear, I gotta say I'm really impressed with my first go at LinITX. They shipped my order out fast and kept me in the loop the whole time. Unlike my last supplier, who just tossed stuff in a flimsy plastic bag, I was happy to see my item arrived in a sturdy box and in perfect shape. Plus, their prices look pretty good too.

I’ve seen some folks mention waiting for testing on returns, but honestly, I think that’s fair. It shows they know their stuff. Their blog also points out that they handle returns or exchanges during the entire warranty period, while my last supplier only did that for 6 months. That’s a big deal because dealing with an RMA through Ubiquiti in the USA can be a real hassle.

From now on, they’re definitely my go-to supplier.

They give you the option to select from various couriers, so if there's one that tends to mess up deliveries in your area, you can steer clear of them. I primarily rely on them for gear that goes into client locations, and up to now, they haven't disappointed me, even when I've had urgent needs... Perfect job, LinITX :)
